**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Store Assistant Intern to join our retail team for a 6-month internship. As a Store Assistant Intern, you will support the daily operations of our store, assist customers, manage stock, and gain hands-on experience in retail management. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in retail or store management. There is a possibility of transitioning into a full-time position (PPO) after successful completion of the internship, based on your performance and business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting products, upselling, and encouraging customer purchases.
- **Product Knowledge**: Learn about the store’s products, features, and benefits to confidently assist customers and make recommendations.
- **Inventory Management**: Help with stock replenishment, organizing inventory, conducting stock counts, and ensuring that products are properly displayed on shelves.
- **Store Organization**: Maintain the store’s cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, ensuring that displays are attractive and products are well organized.
- **Cash Handling**: Assist with cash register operations, including processing transactions, handling cash, and ensuring accuracy in daily cash-outs.
- **Store Opening/Closing**: Assist in opening and closing the store, including setting up displays, securing inventory, and performing necessary security checks.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect customer feedback and report any issues or concerns to management to improve the overall store experience.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with store team members to ensure smooth store operations and provide support to senior staff when needed.
- **Product Returns & Exchanges**: Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in a professional and efficient manner.
- **Promotions & Campaigns**: Help implement and support in-store promotions, sales events, and seasonal campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or have relevant retail experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and take initiative when required.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and inventory management is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
