**Job Overview**

**Qualifications And Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a UI UX Designer or similar role, with 6+ months of experience
- Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Familiarity with front-end development languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Components, Prototyping, etc.)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and layout principles
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining style guides / design systems
- Basic knowledge of UX research methods
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design process and thinking (academic, freelance, or personal projects)

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
