**About The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Chartered Accountant to join our team, passionate in Audit, Taxation (Income Tax) and Litigation. This role offers the chance to advance your career while working with a dynamic client portfolio, by collaborating with the common goal of building organization with professional experts, to deliver high quality client services. If you are a CA with a passion for audit and income taxation, having hands-on experience in handling litigations, and are committed to long-term growth in the field, we’d love to meet you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Audit & Assurance**
- **Income Tax compliances**: Manage tax filings, compliance, and planning, offering proactive tax-saving strategies.
- **Income Tax Litigation**
- **Expert Client Advisory** in taxation, audit matters, planning, and other financial inquiries, bringing 360 degree solution to the client.
- **Data Management & Technology Use**: Utilize software such as Computax, Tally, and Zoho Books, advanced excel skills

**Qualifications & skills**:

- **Team Collaboration**: Aligned with the values of the organization, Work collaboratively within the team to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and support. Provide mentorship to junior staff members as needed and being self-driven in building a team with leadership approach.
- **Communication**: Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and team members.
- **Result oriented approach** of bring effective solutions / results, understanding the problems
- **Values and Ethics**: Committed to professionalism, values & ethic, upholding organisation’s values in all interactions with team, clients and all stakeholders.

**Added Advantage**:

- Experience in international taxation.
- Experience working alongside senior Income Tax experts
- Experience in Big 4 tax divisions, or with firms specializing in Income Tax.
