Technical Expertise the key responsibilities of the role include:
Key technical skills required.
- Act as a client-facing expert, leading & managing Digital Employee Experience transformation projects.
- Monitor employee experience metrics using Nexthink, SysTrack, and Aptine.
- Execute NQL and Splunk queries for data analysis.
- Create dashboards for key performance indicators.
- Proactively resolve issues with remote actions and alerts.
- Optimize queries and database logic.
- Integrate Nexthink with tools like Splunk.
- Maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.
- Manage PC infrastructure and Active Directory.
- Support Azure cloud solutions.
- Write and execute Splunk queries for data insights.
- Utilize Nexthink APIs and connectors for integration.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow for incident management.
- Provide troubleshooting expertise and actionable insights.
- Integrate DEX platforms with ITSM tools and Microsoft 365.
- Stay updated on Digital Experience Management and AI trends.
- Experience with Nexthink and SysTrack (implementation and management).
- Proficient in NQL queries, PowerShell scripting, and database logic.
- Knowledge of NLP, Generative AI, and LLM frameworks.
- intermediate knowledge of PC infrastructure (AD, network, etc.).
- Experience with Azure Apps and ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 and DEX tool integration.
- Background in client engagement and enterprise problem resolution.
- Experience with Nexthink-Splunk integrations and APIs.
- Understanding of the Nexthink/SysTrack data model and PC infrastructure.
- Experience with Azure Apps and ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Team player.
