**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and generate leads through various channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their loan requirements.
- Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to clients.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing.
- Collect and verify necessary documents from customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 0-2 years in loan sales (Business Loans, LAP, Home Loans, or Personal Loans) and From Similar Banks and NBFC
- **Education**: Graduate (Finance/Marketing preferred).
- **Skills**: Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of loan products, documentation, and banking processes.
- **Other**: Doing business on self level
- Fresher
- Also entertainable
- **Male and Female both can apply**

**Salary & Benefits**
- Fixed salary + Incentives based on performance.
