**Job Description: Physics Teacher (Grade 11 & 12)**

**Position**: Physics Teacher
**Location**: The Intelli School, Viskhapatnam
**Department**: Senior Secondary (Grades 11 & 12)
**Experience Required**: Minimum 5 years
**Salary**: ₹50,000 per month
**Reporting To**: Head of Science Department

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**: Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons for Physics to Grade 11 and 12 students in accordance with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- **Assessment & Evaluation**: Conduct regular assessments (tests, assignments, projects) and provide constructive feedback to students to monitor their progress.
- **Student Support**: Provide extra help and guidance to students requiring additional assistance, including remedial classes.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain up-to-date records of student performance, attendance, and other required documentation.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Master’s degree in Physics (M.Sc.) with a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of teaching Physics at the senior secondary level.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in using technology and modern teaching tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement techniques.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Previous experience in preparing students for competitive exams (e.g., JEE, NEET) is an advantage.
- Ability to foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
