**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Curriculum Delivery**: Teach Physics across Grades 6-12 as per CBSE curriculum, including NEET-level preparation for senior secondary.
- **Lesson Planning**: Develop structured lesson plans with visual aids, experiments, and concept-based learning strategies.
- **Student Assessment**: Conduct regular evaluations and monitor academic performance.
- **Lab Sessions**: Conduct physics practicals and ensure safety and understanding in lab work.
- **Parent Communication**: Share progress reports and collaborate to support student success.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in departmental discussions, training, and workshops.

**Qualification Requirements**
- **Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Physics / Applied Physics / Physical Sciences**:

- OR **Graduates/Postgraduates** in Science with strong Physics specialization and relevant CBSE teaching experience
- Proficiency in **English (spoken & written)**:

- Comfortable using **MS Office**, **PowerPoint**, and **digital teaching platforms**

**Qualification Levels**
- **Founder Level**: 1-3 years of experience teaching Physics in CBSE schools. Responsible for teaching and lab support.
- **Master Level**: 4-8 years of experience. Guides students in senior classes and assists in curriculum planning.
- **Developer Level**: 9+ years of experience. Leads Physics department strategy and supports NEET/board exam-focused programs.

**Screening Process**
- **Subject-Wise Written Test** - To assess Physics fundamentals, numerical problem-solving, and pedagogy.
- **Proficiency Test** - Evaluation of digital tools and MS Office usage.
- **Reading Test** - Conducted live via MS Teams to assess explanation clarity and articulation.
- **Teaching Demo** - Mock class to evaluate concept clarity, use of teaching aids, and student engagement.
