**Deliverables**

**We’ll be relying on you to**

**As a JIRA Admin,**
- 5+ years of experience in Jira, Confluence administration and customization
- Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk)
- Work with business users to evaluate JIRA and Confluence plug-ins, determine licensing needs, and perform testing, installation and configuration of the plug-ins.
- Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs.
- Work with development and design teams to identify procedural efficiencies, such as with Jira Workflows, custom fields, etc.
- Devise, test, and deploy integration's between Atlassian products and other internal tool chains.
- Excellent in handling Change and Configuration Management Processes.
- Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks, integration with various CI/CD tools.
- Understanding of Web Technologies (Cloud/Amazon Web Services, Jira, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Java Strong experience on representing SDLC model in Jira tool.
- Understanding Azure DevOps tool.
- Strong hands-on experience on Development tools & Processes
- Aware of industry best practices
- Generate documentation on workflows and processes implemented in JIRA to support runbooks.
- Train end users on JIRA features during project deployments and with ongoing support
- Recommend operational efficiencies, eliminate unnecessary work efforts and remove unwanted complexities.
- Integrate JIRA with GitLab
- Support and Configure Engineering Measures (Metrics) across business product lines.
- To perform monthly audit of JIRA/Confluence

**As a Scrum Master,**
- Strongly serve the Product Owner and Development Team in their quest to do everything possible to delight customers.
- Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- Facilitate Scrum Events and Educate people on the RACI Matrix
- Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Understand and coach/train fundamental principles (e.g., Story mapping, Estimation, flow, systems thinking, Lean, etc)
- Support a wider organisational adoption of an agile mindset.

**Personal Specification**:
**Essential Requirements**
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Technical Background
- Minimum 5+ years of overall experience with JIRA Administration and One year of proven experience as a Scrum Master
- Any one certificate would be an added advantage - Certified Jira Administrator Cloud (ACP-JCA) | JIRA Project Administrator (ACP-MSCP) | Jira Service Administrator (ACP-MSSP)
- Experience with SCRUM and agile development processes
- First level Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM I or similar certifications)
- Excellent collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills.
