**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain firewalls, servers, and overall network infrastructure.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support across the organization.
- Handle day-to-day hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Manage end-user support including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Monitor and ensure network security and uptime.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurement and services.
- Handle client-side technical queries and provide prompt resolution.
- Maintain documentation for IT assets and support activities.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **firewall configuration and management**.
- Hands-on experience with **servers, networking devices**, and **network infrastructure**.
- Expertise in **hardware maintenance** and **technical troubleshooting**.
- Proven experience in **client handling and technical support** (L1 & L2).
- Solid understanding of **IT operations within the construction or real estate industry**.

**Preferred Industry Experience**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
