Preparation of Proforma Invoice, Cost and Job Sheets.
- Coordinate with customer, stores, internal and external customers to ensure that the material reaches the customer seamlessly.
- Ensure that the docket details reach the customer.
- Updating of internal records, Planning for daily dispatch in concordance with management team and internal customers.
- Follow up pending payment and proforma payment.
- Work in concurrence with sales, management and dispatch team to ensure seamless supply of the material to customer.

- Check dispatch transportation bills.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
