Maintenance Supervisor

1) Plan and execute maintenance activities of the civil, electrical, plumbing, ac maintenance and facility management functions of the campus. The campus is spread over 65 acres and comprises residential buildings, public buildings, gardens, and electric and water utility equipment.

2) Manage a team comprising a mix of in-house technicians as well as contract labour.

3) Supervision of minor projects executed by external vendors. Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments.

4) Manage a store-keeping function; coordinate with purchase, housekeeping, administration and security teams to ensure completion of all the maintenance requirements.

5) Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, solar systems, effluent treatment plant, are well-maintained.

6) Attend urgent repairs of guest and resident rooms personally to ensure prompt service.

7) To ensure zero accidents on the worksite and encourage personnel to work with all safety measures.

8) To supervise and motivate staff to participate in mock safety drills or mock firefighting drills.

**Requirements**:
1) Diploma in Engineering.

2) Should have at least 6 years of experience in facility maintenance supervision.

3) Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, computer-literate.

4) Must stay within the campus. Free lodging and boarding will be provided.

5) Fluency in Hindi is a must. Basic proficiency in Marathi would be an added advantage.
