Designation Maintenance supervisor Location Pune Maintenance Roles Responsibilities Plan coordinate and supervise the overall maintenance activities of the organization Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules to ensure the smooth functioning of equipment machinery and facilities Oversee the maintenance team assign tasks and provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and timely completion of work Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on operations Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to production or services Maintain and update maintenance records including work orders equipment history and inventory of spare parts and supplies Monitor and control maintenance costs by optimizing resource allocation and identifying cost-saving opportunities Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for maintenance staff Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and increase reliability Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repairs ensuring quality work and adherence to service agreements Evaluate equipment performance and reliability analyze data and recommend improvements or replacement as needed Stay updated on industry trends new technologies and best practices in maintenance management Train and develop maintenance staff provide performance feedback and identify training needs to enhance skills and knowledge
