**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Build and maintain a database of potential clients across industrial segments.
- **Service Promotion**:

- Effectively communicate Greendot’s services, case studies, and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments and demos for the senior consulting team.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Execute marketing campaigns (online/offline) to promote our services.
- Collaborate with the design and digital team for brochures, posts, and campaigns.
- **CRM & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales funnel updates in the CRM.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports on lead status and outcomes.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct research on target industries, competitors, and new market opportunities.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales/marketing.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to understand and explain consulting services clearly.
- A go-getter attitude with a target-driven approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in marketing or business development, especially in service-based or consulting sectors, is preferred.
