**JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Convert audio dictations and handwritten notesfrom doctors and other medical professionals into typed medical reports.
- Interpret and transcribe the audio dictations and handwritten notesinto office notes, operative reports, procedure notes, letters, discharge summaries, and other documents.
- Enter medical reports and other healthcare related information into electronic health records (EHR).
- Ability to quality check and proofread transcribed reports. Identify inconsistencies, errors, and missing information within a report that could compromise patient care.
- Adhere to patient confidentiality guidelines as per US Healthcare norms.
- Follow Medical Transcription rules and guidelines as per company norms.
- Compliance to all related processes associated with the job.

**Training**:

- Refresher course and notes on English language and grammar.
- Support and time given for typing practice.
- Training on general medical transcription. Different aspects of a medical report.
- Training on audios dictations and handwritten notes.
- Training on Electronic Health Records.
- On-the-job training with experienced team member.
- Go-live.

**Shift Timings**:

- 7:30am to 5:00pm

**Job Location**:

- Work From Home

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
