**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately transcribe medical notes, charts, and documentation in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, patient communication, and managing electronic records.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a clear **American accent**.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

**Must-Have Qualities**:

- **Strong transcription skills** with knowledge of medical terminology.
- **Clear American accent** with excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Experience working as a **Virtual Assistant** in a healthcare or business setting.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently.
- Tech-savvy with EMR/EHR systems and basic office software (Word, Excel, Google Workspace).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in medical transcription and virtual assistance.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance.
