**JD — Senior Creative Designer**

You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including marketing teams, product managers, and other designers, to create compelling designs that resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand identity.

**Responsibilities**
- **Conceptualization and Design**: Lead the development of creative concepts, visual strategies, and design solutions that effectively communicate our brand message and meet project objectives.
- **Design Execution**: Take ownership of design projects and execute them flawlessly, including designing for various platforms and formats such as print, digital, social media, packaging, and more.
- **Brand Identity**: Ensure consistency and adherence to our brand guidelines across all design materials, maintaining brand integrity and identity throughout various campaigns and projects.
- **Team Leadership**: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, nurturing their skills and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- **Creative Direction**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide art direction and creative insight on projects, ensuring designs align with marketing strategies and business goals.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative ideas into our creative process.
- **Project Management**:Efficiently manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work within given timeframes.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements and present design concepts, incorporating feedback and ensuring a cohesive design process.
- **Visual Assets**: Create and manage a library of visual assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and organized for future use by the creative team

**Requirements and skills**
- A bachelors degree in graphic design or art preferred
- A strong eye for visual composition, typography & colour for print media (reports, infographics, brochures, flyers)
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print, and digital media
- Possession of creative flair, versatility, with experience in conceptual and design thinking
- Ability to work with a wide range of media from design to graphics
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and After Effects).
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
- A strong portfolio is a MUST
