We specialize in producing wooden cutlery and ice-cream sticks and spoons that are eco-friendly along with paper napkins & paper-based bakery disposable products. Our prestigious customers include some of the largest brands in the food and ice-cream industry. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly imaginative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to lead the visual and aesthetic direction of our brand. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong eye for design across print, packaging, digital and social media. You will be the go-to person for all things creative, from napkin print designs to packaging aesthetics and engaging social media content. Key Responsibilities: Design & Branding Create original and trend-forward napkin print designs that align with brand identity. Develop and advise on product packaging concepts, materials, and layouts. Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, visiting cards, booth graphics at Expos, emailers, logo design, POS designs Colour & Aesthetic Strategy Build and manage colour palettes and ensure colour wheel hygiene across products and campaigns. Provide guidance on visual harmony and aesthetic appeal in all design elements. Digital & Social Media Design social media posts (static) that are visually compelling and on-brand. Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and execute seasonal and campaign-based content. Creative Leadership Act as the creative consultant for all departments needing design input. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to keep the brand fresh and relevant. Manage and maintain a library of design assets and templates. Qualifications, Requirements and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). 6+ years of experience in a creative design role, preferably in consumer products or lifestyle brands Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). Strong portfolio showcasing print, packaging, mould and digital design work. Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles. Ability to work independently and collaborate.
