As part of our internal legal and compliance function, we are offering a structured internship opportunity to aspiring legal professionals. This role is ideal for female law students who are keen to gain **practical, hands-on legal exposure in the fintech industry**.

**Internship Overview**

As a legal intern, you will support our in-house legal team in day-to-day operations, contract lifecycle management, legal documentation, and compliance-related coordination. The internship will offer **real-time experience in agreement drafting, contract analysis, and interaction with legal entities and law enforcement authorities**, providing a solid foundation for your legal career.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Contract Drafting & Review**: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing business contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and MoUs
- **Agreement Creation**: Support the creation and maintenance of standardized legal agreements under supervision
- **Documentation Management**: Maintain and update legal documentation records, contracts, and trackers in Excel
- **Representation Support**: Assist legal representatives in preparing reports, case files, and documents required for external communications or law enforcement matters
- **Compliance Coordination**: Support compliance procedures and help prepare necessary filings as required
- **Research & Analysis**: Conduct basic legal research on regulatory updates, fintech guidelines, and legal standards applicable to the business

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Must be a currently enrolled **female law student** in the **2nd, 3rd, or final year** of a recognized LLB/BA LLB program
- Available for a **full-time, in-office internship** in Jaipur
- Must possess a **personal laptop** to carry out assigned tasks
- Good written communication skills and attention to legal detail
- Strong proficiency in **MS Excel** and document formatting

**Skills & Attributes**
- Understanding of legal drafting and contract structure
- Basic knowledge of fintech or corporate laws is an advantage
- Organized and punctual with strong work ethics
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced legal environment
