**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Legal Officer to join our team in Jaipur. The Legal Officer will be responsible for ensuring the company's legal compliance, managing legal risks, and providing expert legal advice on a variety of matters related to our auto finance business. This role will involve a blend of advisory, litigation management, and documentation responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Advisory**: Provide timely and accurate legal advice to various departments on matters related to lending, recovery, contracts, compliance, and general corporate law.
- **Contract Management**: Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, agreements, contracts, and policies, ensuring they align with legal requirements and company objectives.
- **Litigation Management**: Handle and oversee litigation matters, coordinate with external legal counsel, and devise appropriate legal strategies for recovery and other legal disputes.
- **Compliance**: Ensure the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly those pertaining to financial services, NBFCs, and consumer protection.
- **Legal Research**: Conduct in-depth legal research on various legal issues, regulations, and judicial precedents to support decision-making and risk mitigation.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential legal risks and provide advice on strategies to mitigate these risks.
- **Documentation**: Maintain meticulous records of all legal documents, correspondence, and case files.
- **Liaison**: Liaise with regulatory authorities, government departments, and other external parties as required.
- **Training**: Assist in educating internal stakeholders on legal and compliance best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Admission to the Bar Council of India and a valid practicing license.
- Proven experience as a Legal Officer or in a similar legal role, preferably within the financial services or NBFC sector.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, civil procedure, and relevant financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
