**Position**: Quality Control and Operations Supervisor
**Location**: Worli, Mumbai
**Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control processes.
- **Order Delegation**:

- Allocate tasks to workers based on skills and workload.
- Monitor progress of orders and adjust assignments as needed.
- **Workshop Management**:

- Ensure all materials and tools are available for production.
- Address any issues related to workflow and production efficiency.
- **Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between management and staff.
- Provide regular updates on production status and quality issues.

Qualifications:

- Experience in a manufacturing or tailoring environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
