Inside Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide product information, pricing details, and answer customer queries.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, shipment, and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in identifying potential sales opportunities and upselling products or services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in sales data analysis.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or similar).
- Strong scientific background and knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not required for freshers).

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Vasai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
