We are an early-stage edtech startup offering personalized online IELTS classes to students pursuing a career abroad or professionals looking for migrating to foreign countries. We enable students to achieve higher bands through lower student-tutor ratios, casual organizational culture, and by providing a fun and enjoyable learning experience.

We are a small remote team based out of Kochi and scaling outside of Kerala. We are looking for a driven and ambitious '**Sales Ninja'** to join our growing team in supporting new students from all parts of India and routinely backup for our Malayalam speaking Sales reps.

**What will you be doing**:

- Calling inbound and outbound leads and selling our courses
- Responding to leads and students through WhatsApp and other social media channels
- Documenting and reporting lead information on CRMs
- Conduct smooth onboarding of students and clarify any doubts they might have regarding our classes
- Liaising with teachers to schedule classes and ensuring students are well taken care of

**What are we looking for**:

- Strong communication skills - you love talking to people and can build a good rapport with anyone
- Problem-Solving skills - you are solution oriented with a “can-do” attitude
- Good command of **English, Hindi & Malayalam**:

- Tech savvy - open to learning and using Excel, CRMs, Service desk softwares, and collaboration tools like Slack
- Previous Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or any client-facing role (is a plus)
- Prior knowledge or experience in language tests, study abroad, and the education industry (is a plus)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
