**Job Summary**:
The Sales Executive for SaaS products is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting relevant software solutions. This role involves selling IT and SaaS products to businesses, building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by targeting industries that can benefit from the company’s SaaS products.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential clients and understand their business needs.
**Product Demonstrations and Presentations**:
- Present SaaS solutions to prospective clients, highlighting product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Conduct product demos and answer any technical questions regarding the software solutions.
**Sales Pipeline Management**:
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by regularly updating CRM systems with client interactions and sales activities.
- Track the sales process from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring all follow-ups are timely and consistent.
**Negotiation and Closing**:
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with clients to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Close deals and ensure a smooth transition for clients to the onboarding and customer success teams.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing continuous support and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them to optimize their use of SaaS products for their business growth.
**Collaboration and Strategy**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to stay updated on product features and enhancements to address client needs effectively.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve the product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including leads, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
- Analyze sales data to forecast future sales and identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, particularly in selling SaaS products or IT solutions.
- Experience with B2B sales in the technology industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
**Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of SaaS products and cloud-based software solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to understand complex technical solutions and convey their value to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
**Work Details**:
- Experience: 1-2 years in IT sales or SaaS sales
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
- Salary: ₹15,000-₹30,000 + Incentives Based on Performance
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
