**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries, complaints, or requests.
- Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and offers.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely resolution of issues or concerns.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, or sales.
- Record customer feedback and report recurring issues to management.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and scripts.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,347.15 per month
