**Job Summary**:Join our dynamic team as a Tele caller for our Abroad Education Consultancy office. As a Tele caller, you will play a crucial role in engaging with prospective students and guiding them through the process of pursuing education abroad. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, provide information about our consultancy services, and assist students in making informed decisions about their academic future.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in studying abroad.

2. Information Dissemination: Provide detailed information about various study programs, universities, admission procedures, and other relevant details to prospective students.

6. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with students in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

7. Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team targets for student enrollments and other performance metrics.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential students.

3. Knowledge of the education system and study abroad procedures.

4. Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.

5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

6. Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is preferred.

**Education**:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desirable.

Working days: Monday to Saturday

**Location**:
2nd Floor, D.No: 1-56-11 Plot No: 2, Sector 1, MVP Colony, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
