a. Develop and implement a cohesive technological strategy that aligns with our company's vision and business goals.

b. Stay abreast of emerging trends in React, Node and as mern stack developer., fine jewelry e-commerce, and broader IT advancements.

2. **Product Development.**

Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions for our internal fine jewelry portal.b. Ensure the integration of React, Node and as mern stack developer. technology to innovate and enhance our product offerings.

a. Build and lead a high-performing technology team.

a. Oversee the day-to-day technology operations.

b. Ensure the alignment of technology services with the needs of the business.

c. Monitor the performance of technology systems to ensure efficiency.

7. **Budget Management and Resource Allocation**

a. Develop and manage the technology budget.

b. Allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of technology projects. c. Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.

8. **Risk Management and Compliance**

a. Oversee cybersecurity policies and protocols to protect company data

.b. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

c. Manage technology-related risks to the business.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in technology, preferably React, Node
- **and as mern stack developer.**:

- **In-depth knowledge of React, Node and as mern stack developer. technology and its key players in the market.**
- Experience in product development and project management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; additional qualifications such as an MBA are advantageous.
