**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in the development of customer support policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office management or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in front office management and/or customer support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to take on diverse tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
