**Roles and Responsibilities**
**1. Greeting Visitors**:
- Welcome guests or clients and provide them with assistance.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
**2. Answering Calls**:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally.
- Redirect calls to the concerned department or person.
**3. Scheduling**:
- Manage appointments and meetings for staff.
- Maintain a schedule for conference rooms or facilities.
**4. Administrative Tasks**:
- Perform basic data entry and record maintenance.
**5. Customer Support**:
- Answer inquiries about the organization’s services or products.
- Assist walk-in customers with their needs or direct them appropriately.
**6. Office Management**:
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Ensure office supplies like stationery are stocked.
**7. Coordination**:
- Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in event planning or internal activities.
**8. Security and Compliance**:
- Monitor visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes if required.
- Enforce workplace policies when interacting with visitors.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
