Job Summary:
The MIS (Management Information System) Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's internal information systems and ensuring the smooth flow of data for analysis and decision-making. The MIS Executive collects, processes, and analyzes data to generate reports that aid senior management in making informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Management**:

- Collect, compile, and update data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and consistency.
- Organize and maintain databases, ensuring all information is stored securely and is easily accessible when needed.
- Perform regular audits to check for data integrity and make necessary corrections.
- **Report Generation**:

- Design and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management, including financial, sales, operational, and other performance metrics.
- Create dashboards and data visualizations to present insights in a clear, concise manner.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze trends and patterns in the data to provide actionable insights that contribute to decision-making.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and help translate them into comprehensive reports.
- **System Support and Maintenance**:

- Support the implementation and maintenance of MIS systems and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to daily operations.
- Provide technical support to end-users for using MIS tools and systems.
- **Automation**:

- Identify opportunities to automate processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Implement automation for routine reporting and data collection tasks.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as finance, sales, HR, and operations to ensure accurate and relevant data is captured and reported.
- Assist in the development of KPIs and performance metrics for various departments.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure all data management practices adhere to organizational policies, industry standards, and data privacy regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
- **Training and Development**:

- Train staff and end-users on MIS tools and reporting processes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in MIS systems and tools.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum one years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience with database management and reporting software.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable way for non-technical audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Other Skills**:

- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹11,100.34 - ₹23,000.00 per month
