- Roles and Responsibility- Monitor completion of Performance Guarantee (PG) inputs for Health & Insurance and Well Being vendors, status of penalty assessments/payments- Solicit from the Client Program Managers for any new Performance Guarantee terms and/or changes needed and input revisions into the PG reporting dashboard for the new reporting year- Develop the annual PG reporting schedule to include monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reporting cadence, as well as the penalty calculation period(s)- Review the draft PG reporting schedule and project timeline with the Program Managers for approval- Coordinate initial conference calls with vendors to review the annual PG reporting schedule and project timeline-
- Solicit Client Program Managers to provide survey feedback on their vendor’s performance- Generate year-end carrier performance summaries, determine penalty calculations and monitor/communicate the vendor performance results to the Client program managers- 1) Overall work experience of 6+ years within US Compensation & Benfits with minimum 4 years of relevant experience on the understanding of Health & Benefits contracts- 2) Should have interacted with Vendors for smooth functioning of the process- 3) Should have worked as / experience as a Quality checker (transactions) and ability to impart process knowledge to peersRecruiter Name Rhutik Pujare
