**JOB TITLE: CASH & COST PARTNER**

Location
- Bangalore

**JOB OBJECTIVE**
- I guarantee the control of the risks and financial flows of my company.
- I optimize the cash solutions and their costs.
- I manage the company's credit policy and credit limit, manage the internal and external flows (cash in and out) in India,
- I am in charge of all the process in the company linked to Cash / Bank
- I optimize the costs and increase the efficiency. (I analyze the pnl and identify controllable costs for the company go into details with the help of my analytical skills review the process of the selected cost across the company and work with the operational team to bring in efficiency and effectiveness where applicable)

**MY DUTIES**
- I optimise and vary financing solutions, Guarantee the bank and cash services for each store in India, Optimization of our financial cost.
- I guarantee timely transfer and funds management in our account.
- I guarantee security of payments in different currencies in respect of Indian FOREX regulations and explain new FOREX regulations whenever it is necessary.
- I guarantee the availability of treasury operations for each new store being opened. Arrange essential training to the store cashiers.
- I ensure the control of the compliance risk.
- I ensure the control of the financial flows.
- I carry out the bank reconciliation reports and ensure every balance is justified.
- I carry out cost analysis and ensure continuous improvements in the areas of impact.

**PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**
- I am responsible for ensuring continuous and improved relations with Banks who are providing us cash solutions
- I am responsible for building a strong and efficient organization, service oriented to our internal customers.
- Respect internal and external payment terms defined by the group and internal norms.
- Difference between the cash forecasts and the current situation.
- I improvise the financing solution in order to ensure Financing cost % reduces year on year.
- Responsible for the Bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.

- You have relevant working experience (1-2 years) in a cost management & treasury role
- You have good presentation and communication skills.
- You have a strong interest for negotiation, people management and analysis
- You have a team spirit and a strong sense of customer service.
