**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of functional solutions within the supply chain domain to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for o9 solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for supply chain management and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of provisioning billing systems to streamline operations and improve accuracy in billing processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for functional designs ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Conduct regular assessments of system performance and recommend improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower team members with knowledge of new systems and processes.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in supply chain technology to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all functional architecture activities.
- Support the development of strategic plans for system upgrades and expansions to accommodate business growth.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to system functionality and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in supply chain management and o9 solutions with proven experience in functional architecture.
- Demonstrate expertise in provisioning billing systems billing processes and telecom domain knowledge.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
- Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and efficient functional solutions.
- Have a track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
