**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design high-quality graphics, including logos, banners, social media posts, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Create visually engaging and dynamic video content using motion graphics.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and operations teams to deliver innovative design solutions.
- Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities for video shoots and photography as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools and incorporate them into design workflows to improve efficiency and creativity.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) for graphic and video content.
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Experiment with and adopt new tools and technologies in the design process to stay ahead of trends.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
- Strong experience in **Motion Graphics** and **Video Editing**.
- Knowledge of **AI design tools** and the ability to integrate AI into creative workflows.
- Understanding of **Graphic Design Theory**, **Color Theory**, **Typography**, and **Branding**.
- Experience with **UI/UX design** and familiarity with industry-standard design software.
- Ability to manage projects independently while maintaining collaboration with team members.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas visually.
- A portfolio showcasing your work, including graphic design, motion graphics, and video content.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the **Healthcare or Pharma industry** is a plus.
- Knowledge of **2D** & **3D Modeling & Animation**.
- Experience with **Sound Design** and **Video Compositing**.
