**Job Overview**:
Redwood International is seeking a talented **Graphic Designer** to join our creative team and play a key role in designing visually engaging content for our brand **PerfumeBooth**. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our marketing and product teams to create digital and print materials that represent our brand identity, enhance customer experiences, and drive engagement across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design high-quality digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website elements, product packaging, brochures, flyers, and banners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and create compelling visuals that align with brand strategy.
- Maintain and update visual assets for the company’s website and social media platforms.
- Develop innovative design concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and brand promotions.
- Create logos, icons, and other visual elements to enhance the brand identity of **PerfumeBooth**.
- Ensure that all designs are consistent with the brand’s style guide and visual standards.
- Prepare final design files for printing, publishing, and online use.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from the team and stakeholders.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Work on ad hoc design projects as needed, including product labels, presentations, and promotional materials.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across digital and print platforms.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience with web design (HTML, CSS knowledge is a plus) and creating assets for websites and social media.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the fragrance or beauty industry is a plus but not required.
