**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Pitch company products such as LED lights, inverters, and batteries effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales or schedule appointments for field sales team.
- Maintain a daily call log and update the CRM with call status.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly to ensure closure.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide accurate product information and resolve customer queries.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or inside sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday**Salary**: As per industry standards

**Joining**: Immediate preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
