**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers, in English Language,
- Troubleshoot customer queries and requests.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
- Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
- Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company.

- Handle customer’s problems, enquires, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Recognize and refer potential complaints that require support.
- Ensure that customer queries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.

- Strong ability to communicate in English.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Patience with customers and ability to handle tough situations.
- Must be comfortable working the International business hour ( Rotational Shift)

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
