Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist international clients with their queries, concerns, and requests.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, aiming for first-call resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Adhere to established scripts, guidelines, and quality standards.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and exceed performance targets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in an international setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work in Both Day and Night Shift
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Prior experience in a voice process role preferred.
