**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter asset related data into software and maintain accurate records of valuable company assets.
- Well understanding between asset and liability.
- Perform regular audits of asset inventories to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Update and maintain asset management software to reflect current asset status and locations.
- Coordinate with department heads and stakeholders to gather necessary data and ensure completeness and accuracy of records.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing asset status, utilization, and maintenance schedules.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of asset tracking and management procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of asset data and other sensitive information.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with asset management software (e.g., SAP, Asset Panda) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹10,216.12 - ₹20,000.00 per month
