**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate the sales process, including but not limited to preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Liaise effectively with channel partners to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in Salesforce.
- Assist in the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, and preparing sales reports.
- Act as a point of contact for sales inquiries
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field such as Marketing or Business Administration.
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or sales support role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
