- **Your Tasks - What You can expect as Teamlead Waterbased Technology Platform (f/m/d)**:

- You will take the lead in organizing and managing product development projects within the Global Water-Based Coatings Technology Platform.
- You will continuously analyze technology trends, patents, markets and competitors to develop innovative state-of-the-art solutions. Based on this, you will perform feasibility studies and profitability assessments for different technology scenarios and products.
- You will work closely with business units and internal interdisciplinary teams, oversee portfolio management and product development, taking into account customer specifications.
- You will evaluate product features, interpret test results and suggest the way to improve them. You will also prepare regular technical report documents and present results and proposals to achieve project goals within the specified timeframe.
- You will evaluate new raw materials and discuss results with suppliers to understand the reasons for successes or failures to improve Siegwerk expertise.
- You are willing to travel occasionally to attend meetings with cooperation partners or to accompany industrial trials at customer sites.

**Your Profile - What do You bring as Teamlead Waterbased Technology Platform (f/m/d)**:

- You have a university degree or doctorate in a relevant field with in-depth knowledge of polymer or physical chemistry, plastics or coating technology.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the field of water-based coatings and their processing as well as in managing employees and small teams.
- You have a deep understanding of chemical-physical processes and technologies, are creative, problem-solving oriented and innovative with a willingness to learn new things and gain practical experience.
- You bring a high level of commitment, resilience, flexibility and patience to your tasks and projects.
- You communicate fluently in German and English and have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills to communicate technical issues efficiently and constructively to colleagues, superiors and customers.
