We are seeking a highly motivated and creative social media manager intern to join our dynamic marketing team. As a social media manager intern, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance online presence and engage with target audience. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

Social Media Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Community Management: Monitor social media channels and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key social media metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms. Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Make recommendations for incorporating emerging trends into our social media strategies.

Influencer Outreach: Identify relevant influencers and collaborate with them to amplify brand messaging and expand reach.

Social Media Advertising: Assist in the creation and management of paid social media campaigns to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as content writers, designers, and product managers, to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.

Strong passion for social media and familiarity with various social media platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Basic knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop engaging content ideas.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Familiarity with graphic design tools and photo/video editing software is a plus.

Previous experience in managing social media platforms (personal or professional) is preferred but not required.

Duration and Compensation:
This is a paid internship position with a duration of 6 month. The intern will work 20-25 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate academic commitments. The compensation will be commensurate with experience.
