Position: Social Media Executive - Intern

Job Summary: We seek a highly motivated and creative Social Media Executive Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Executive Intern, you will drive the brand's online presence and strengthen our connection with customers through various social media channels. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing social media strategies and campaigns in a B2C environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute engaging social media campaigns, focusing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant channels.
- Ideate compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, images, videos, and short-form content, to captivate and resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions across our social media platforms, fostering meaningful interactions with our community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with ongoing marketing campaigns and launches, ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
- Conduct regular research on social media trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Analyze critical social media metrics and insights to measure the performance of campaigns and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Identify and engage with social media influencers, partners, and advocates to expand our brand's reach and drive user-generated content.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, optimise budgets, and monitor performance to maximize ROI.
- Conceptualize and execute innovative social media contests, giveaways, and interactive campaigns to boost user participation and brand visibility.
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and creative ideas for social media content and strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest features and updates on social media platforms, utilizing them effectively to enhance engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- A strong passion for social media is demonstrated through personal or professional experiences.
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms, trends, and best practices in B2C marketing.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt the tone and style according to the target audience.
- Creative thinking and the ability to come up with innovative ideas to engage our online community.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding the company's products/services and a keen interest in consumer behaviour.

**Duration and Compensation**:
This internship is expected to last six months, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
