With our expertise in PR, publication, branding, and digital media, we partner with individuals and brands to spread meaningful narratives that mainstream media often ignores. We are expanding our media sales and business development team to drive sustainable revenue growth and establish deeper collaborations.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients (brands, agencies, startups, corporates, etc.) to sell advertising, PR, and media partnership opportunities.
- Understand client needs and present _Asli Kahani_’s offerings (PR campaigns, magazine features, personal branding, video production, event coverage, etc.) effectively.
- Develop customized sales pitches and proposals to generate new business.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets by driving consistent sales pipelines.
- Maintain strong after-sales service and long-term partnerships with clients.
- Collaborate with the creative, editorial, and digital teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent _Asli Kahani_ at events, industry forums, and networking opportunities.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 2-5 years of proven experience in **media sales, advertising, or business development**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of PR, media buying, advertising, and digital branding.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong network in the media/advertising ecosystem will be an added advantage.
