**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist senior advocates in **researching case laws, statutes, and precedents**.
- Draft and review **legal documents, affidavits, petitions, contracts, and agreements**.
- Attend client meetings, prepare briefing notes.
- Ensure compliance with **legal procedures and professional ethics**.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- **Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)** from a recognized university.
- Enrollment (or eligibility for enrollment) with the **Bar Council of India**.
- Strong research and legal drafting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic legal research tools.
