We are looking for a Junior Advocate to support our legal and contracts department in handling the legal matters of our construction and real estate projects. The candidate will assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing agreements, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and handling legal disputes. This is an excellent opportunity for a young legal professional to gain exposure to corporate and construction law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, vet, and review contracts, MoUs, work orders, lease deeds, and other legal documents related to construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsels, consultants, and authorities.
  • Maintain legal records, case files, and documentation for company projects.
  • Conduct legal research on construction laws, property laws, and relevant regulations.
  • Provide day-to-day legal support to project and management teams.
  • Draft notices, replies, and correspondences related to legal matters.
  • Assist in due diligence for land acquisition, property titles, and approvals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
