**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives for dairy products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and new product launches.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations in all sales activities.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of dairy products, market dynamics, and consumer preferences.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sales management software.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
- Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
