
Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for books, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, bookstores, libraries, and educational institutions to foster partnerships and increase sales opportunities.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities, identify potential clients, and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position and promote our books.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotions, and materials to maximize sales potential.
- Plan and execute sales presentations, book launches, author events, and meetings with potential clients to showcase our publications.
- Travel extensively PAN India to meet with clients, attend industry events, conduct book signings, and represent Books Mountain Pvt. Ltd.
- Stay informed about the latest developments and emerging trends in the publishing industry to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to evaluate performance, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management, preferably in the publishing industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively PAN India for client meetings, events, and book promotions.
- Passion for books and knowledge of different genres, authors, and industry trends.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
