Growloc Pvt Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electrical Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve providing on-site service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and systems to our valued clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-site Service and Maintenance**:
○ Perform preventative maintenance checks and repairs on a variety of electrical equipment, including but not limited to:
■ Motors, generators, transformers, switchgear, control panels

■ PLC systems, instrumentation, and SCADA systems

○ Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults using appropriate diagnostic tools.

○ Conduct field repairs and replacements of components as needed.

○ Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with relevant electrical safety standards and regulations.

**-Customer Interaction**:
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

○ Provide excellent customer service, including clear and concise communication regarding service updates, troubleshooting, and recommendations.

○ Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Technical Support**:
○ Provide technical support to clients over the phone or remotely.

○ Assist with system upgrades and installations.

○ Document all service activities accurately and completely in company records.

**-Travel**:
○ Travel to customer sites within and outside of Pune as required (approximately 40% travel time).

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, ITI or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance and repair.
- Strong understanding of electrical principles, including AC/DC circuits, power distribution, and control systems.
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (preferred).
- Knowledge of relevant electrical safety standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
