**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Qualification**: Identify potential customers through research, cold calls, and inbound inquiries.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with product offerings and features to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- **Sales Presentations**: Present, promote, and sell products using strong persuasive communication skills.
- **Pipeline Management**: Track sales activities and customer interactions in CRM to maintain an organized pipeline.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- **Follow-Up**: Consistently follow up with prospects and customers to close deals and manage post-sale relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1 plus years of experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or B2B,B2C role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
