**Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities**:

- Collect information from customers, as appropriate, and document it for future reference
- Resolve customer issues, including refunds, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain professional composure while dealing with difficult or irate customers
- Develop and maintain knowledge of current product and service offerings
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Efficient at working on more than one project at a time

**Requirements And Skills**:

- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English
- 2+ years’ customer service experience preferred
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong multi-tasking, customer-service, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
